3. Payment and Credits

Our AI content generation services operate on a credit-based system. The number of credits required for content creation is determined by our proprietary algorithm and is calculated based on the input complexity and output requirements. Upon depletion of your credit balance you must recharge your account. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, prices are subject to change with reasonable notice, and you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

4. Service Usage

You undertake to employ our services solely for lawful purposes. You shall refrain from uploading, transmitting, or storing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others. You are solely liable for any content submitted for AI content generation. Permitted use includes lawful, creative and commercial purposes that respect intellectual property rights; prohibited use includes generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory, violating intellectual property rights, or intended to deceive, defraud or mislead others.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through our services is provided to you subject to these terms. You retain responsibility for the prompts and inputs you submit, and you must ensure you have the rights required to use them. We retain all rights to the platform, models, interfaces and underlying technology that make the service available.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
