1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you create an account, the prompts, images and files you submit for generation, and the messages you send to our support team. We also collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to deliver the generation services you request, to maintain and improve the platform, to process payments and credits, to communicate with you about your account and product updates, and to detect abuse or violations of our terms.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform - such as payment processors and hosting providers - and only to the extent necessary, or when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Generated content and related history are retained so you can access your library, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Security

User security and privacy are our top priorities. We employ advanced security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Contact
